THE COLORADO SPRINGS RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB (MEN'S GRIZZLIES)

The Colorado Springs Rugby Football Club was formed in 1969 and adopted the ‘Grizzlies’ as its mascot. In 1992 The Grizzlies merged with Fort Carson's Iron Horse Rugby Club. Since the merger, our club has continued to have a strong military influence.
The club has a long and proud history – including winning the 2017/8 Rocky Mountain Men’s Championship – and in 2019 we celebrated our 50th year.
The Grizzlies currently has two 15s teams with our ‘A’ side competing in the Rocky Mountain Men’s Championship, while our ‘B’ side plays in the Rocky Mountain Reserve League. We also field a summer rugby 7’s side that plays in a number of local tournaments.
Our home is at Flanagan Park – a field customized for rugby, which is located at 3132 N Prospect St, Colorado Springs, CO.
The club proudly trains and plays hard and has a lot of fun away from the pitch.
